Well to be honest anyone can sell you equipment. If however, you are looking for a company that can pull all of these disciplines together that is AST. The challenge is to be able to listen to your vision and give you the tools to make it happen.

Many people focus on price alone as an indicator of value. Price is very important and nobody wants to overpay for their system. However, if the system design will not perform to the level necessary for your ministry, then did you receive a bargain after all? You may have purchased excellent loudspeakers from a reputable company, but are they the right one’s for your room? Will they cover the room correctly without feedback, or coverage issues, or problems with slap off that back wall?

This is especially important if you are working on a new facility. There are so many details that go into making your dream come true. When you work with AST we handle all of the details such as:

• Power Loads
• Heat Loads
• Acoustical Analysis
• Noise Abatement
• System Design

Often what ends up costing the church lots of time, energy and let’s face it money, is the fact that unless someone coordinates these issues something is always left out. Then when there is an issue with say the conduit scheme, the answer you get from the electrician is “well it isn’t on my plans.” Well who is responsible at that point? If you are well into the project it may not even be possible to add the conduits you need.

Installation

Our installation crews are awesome. They know how to pull it all together. Since we do such a thorough job in the design phase of your project, they do not spend needless hours trying to figure out how to complete your project. There are few if any surprises or changes.

This of course saves you money. We follow standard broadcast procedures. Also you will find that our installers are sensitive to the fact that this is a church they are working in and on.

Training

We are also well aware that we could sell you an excellent system but if your people do not know how to operate the system, you will not be able to get the most out of your purchase.

We spend time making sure your people understand how to use the system. We also attend your first service and assist your people in running the system.

Warranty and Service

We provide you with a one year warranty on the systems and a lifetime free loaner program as well. If something you purchased from AST fails we will provide you with a loaner piece of equipment while yours is being repaired. AST’s service technicians are available by phone from 8:00 am to 10:00 pm 7 day’s a week. If you have a problem just call. We can respond with a technician on site generally within 24 hours.

How much do you charge to come out?
If you are within 100 miles of our facilities we do not charge you for our initial consultation. We have offices presently in Chicago and Dallas. If you are outside of that area we charge you a minimal trip charge to cover our travel expenses. If you end up working with AST we will credit that initial trip towards the services we are providing you with.
